Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the foundation and its scholarships.
In the year 2025, as in 2024 and unlike earlier years, it will not be possible to directly apply to the foundation's scholarships. Rather, educational institutions will recommend a list of students for the scholarship to the foundation, based on predetermined eligibility criteria.
The eligibility criteria for a scholarship in the year 2025 are Israeli citizenship, full military/national service (except in cases of medical exemption and academic reserves), and studies in health professions.
It is not possible to know in advance the amount of the scholarship; it will be determined upon approval of the application.
No. The scholarship is intended only for students pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree at institutions recognized by the Council for Higher Education and is not suitable for practical engineers.

To repay the loan, please contact us using the loan repayment form. We will deposit the security check you provided at the time of receiving the loan in the month you choose, up to two years after graduation.
Responses will be sent by email towards the end of September.
Details will be sent later to students who are eligible for the scholarship.
